MSc programmes

Second-cycle programmes — Master of Science — last 3 semesters.

• Biomaterials - studies in English
• Materials for Energy - studies in English (specialty program developed under the OMNIS project)
• Nanomaterials and Nanotechnologies - studies in Polish
• Novel Materials and Technologies - studies in Polish

The choice of the specialisation entails the choice of a study path. Each path includes the group of obligatory courses and the group of elective courses. Courses are selected by the student in consultation with the diploma thesis supervisor.

Second-cycle programmes may be studied by graduates of BSc and BA programmes of other fields of study and from other universities. They pursue an individual study plan to make up for curriculum differences.

Second-cycle programmes end with the defence of the MSc diploma thesis and the award of the degree of Master of Science in the field of study Materials Engineering in the chosen specialisation.
