The project entitled “Fire safety system for a home electrical energy storage system” has received funding under the European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG) 2021–2027 programme. The project was rated the highest on merit among 400 submissions and ranked first in the competition organised by the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR).
The Faculty of Materials Engineering is launching an international research project called ‘RETIN-A-EYE – Machine Learning Platform for Personalised Intravitreal Anti‑VEGF Therapy Using Drug‑Loaded Polymeric Nanoparticles’. The project is funded by the National Science Centre under the M‑ERA.NET 3 Call 2025 programme.
During the 4th edition of the National Materials Engineering Day (ODIM 2026), participants across Poland will attempt to set a new Polish Record in the category „The largest number of origami rockets folded within four hours”.
