Registration
Persons wishing to participate in the event have to Register to the event.
The accompanying persons should also register, using the same form.
The conference fees are as follows:
- Early bird regular fee: 880 EUR
- Early bird student fee: 730 EUR
Early bird registration ends on 31 st May 2023
- Regular fee: 930 EUR
- Student fee: 780 EUR
- Accompanying person fee: 150 EUR
- Gala dinner cost: 100 EUR
The conference fee covers:
- welcome reception,
- admission to the scientific sessions,
- coffee breaks and lunches,
- Participant’s set,
- publication of Extended Abstracts.
The accompanying person fee covers:
- welcome reception,
- coffee breaks and lunches.
The gala dinner cost covers:
- social event (excursion),
- conference gala dinner,
- transfer from and to Warsaw.
Participants willing to benefit from the reduced student fee are requested to send by e-mail office@rq2023.pl the certificate, confirming that the Participant will retain the student status at the time of the conference. The certificate should be issued in English or Polish language.

It is possible to transfer the fees for multiple persons. In such case, please, indicate surnames of all the persons in the reason/purpose field.
The bank transfer charges should be covered solely by the Participant's institution.
